The following special events are held on Maradice Isle. These events are usually open to all, even visitors.

SPRING FEVER

Begins: February 10th

Lasts for: 1 Day

​

Spring Fever is usually the first event to happen on the island every year, which begins on the very first day of spring. During this event all the snow across the island, with the exception of Mt. Winter, melts away and beautiful spring flowers bloom up in their place, covering the entire field and making the island itself extremely beautiful.

 

The islands inhabitants only spend 1 day celebrating this event.

SUMMER BLOWOUT

Begins: June 7th

Lasts for: until August 22nd

​

The official name for "Summer Break", when the HoovenStrum School is closed for the summer. The dorms remain open during this time so students have somewhere to stay.

​

All incoming and outgoing airship travel fees are reduced by 30% during Summer Blowout.

12 DAYS OF HEARTHS WARMING

Begins: December 13th

Lasts for: 12 days

​

Every year, when Hearths Warming is approaching, the island celebrates with the 12 Days of Hearths Warming. During this time, special events or promotionals occur every day, up until December 26th, where it's all packed up until next year.

​

These events range from special sales, offers, or chances at rare items and weapons. BUT BEWARE! The forces of evil hate Hearths Warming, so the island is very susceptible to being attacked during this event!

During this event, the HoovenStrum School is closed from the beginning of this event to January 5th.
