Lava Labyrinth
WARNING: The Lava Labyrinth is considered a "Dungeon"! There are few to no guards in this place, and monsters are stronger and in much greater numbers then normal! Enter at your own risk!
The Lava Labyrinth is the name given to the deepest parts of the Magma Mines. Rumor has it that this part of the mines stretches down beyond the volcano's magma chamber. The air down there is extreme, with a record high of nine hundred degrees fahrenheit! If that wasn't bad enough, the magma down here is four times as hot as that found elsewhere in the mines, often reach temperatures of over ten thousand degrees fahrenheit!
This part of the mines is currently closed off to both miners and the public as a whole, not only because of the extreme temperatures, but also because of the monsters found down here, which are far more dangerous then those found elsewhere on the island. While mass quantities of Magma Mineral have been reported to be found here, few to no ponies have ever entered this area and come out alive. The Lava Labyrinth claims the lives of at least 30 ponies every year.
Only time will tell what vast amounts of Magma Mineral can be found within these deep caverns.
